Story - He was perm banned for scamming and msg me on steam saying he will give me the items in 2days if i got him unbanned and then was very rude about everything and then he said he has all of his stuff on an alt account

Also I've never used my alts when banned

Nothing will be done about this as there's no way for him to be punished using any ZARP methods, report him to Steam instead, this in no way warrants a ban from the community as is it not at all malicious enough for that to happen, despite the foul language used.
