Reason - Scamming 100 Mil (Making bets with money he doesn't have and losing)
Story - Ye I was just casually playing on my favorite gmod dark rp server and this kid approaches me wanting to cf my ice case vs 100 mil, god knows why he thought that was the price. I type the rules, and he agrees to them. I win 3-0 and he refuses to pay, and tries to loophole for 10 minutes.
