What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
I was driving my car, I was shot at and ran someone over accidentally.
I got frozen then warned for CDM, system refused to talk even though i asked him multiple times talk to me.
After the warning I told him if he wont talk to me and explain the warning I'll do a demote request, I then made an F1 asking for another staff member...... so he banned me for 1 week before anyone could come.

I asked him about 10 times to talk to me, he stayed completely silent and banned me without explanation.

A 1 week ban for killing 1 person? I don't think so.

Telling an admin you're going to do a demote request is not a reason for a 7 day ban.

Hes actually wrote "recents/massrulebreak" in the ban explanation!

I have 1 or 2 warnings in the last week for NLR.
Mass rulebreak? I ran over 1 guy with my car, love to see him explain how that's "mass"... probably should have mentioned it in the sit he refused to talk in.

Punishments are considered recent up to two weeks. Dunno how many you have, I cannot check, however if you have no more than three recents that have nothing to do with the rules you broke whilst playing then you shouldn't have been banned.

He only banned me because I made an F1 asking for another member of staff and told him if he wasnt going to speak in the sit I'd do a demote request. I hate when staff hold a sit and refuse to speak or explain anything. At the very least let me explain my side and why I ran the guy over. I'm not disputing the warning, it was an accident but I did run the guy over.

Clarky the superadministrator said that i could ban you if i wanted because you had like 7 recent punishments.
So that is invalid, talk to the superadministrator about that. I did not abuse

It's the 7 day ban you gave me after the warning because when you refused to speak to me I asked for another staff member and told you I'd do a demote request if you didnt speak.

You have around 9+ recent punishments hence why SyStem felt like a ban was needed so, therefore, he has done nothing wrong and your ban is valid. You also calling out abuse when no abuse was done will not help you in your case unless you provide proof.
