Name - What is the accused person's name? [Zarp]Thecoolguy
STEAM-ID - What is the accused person's STEAM-ID? Didn't have a chance to get it.
Reason - What rules did the person break? Fail RP, but the reason is that he dont know what RP is and he is a Moderator.
Story - What happened? He built in the Subway, and i told him that is FailRP since you're not allowed to build there, and he asked what Fail RP is and i told him 3 times and he still asked what it is, And then i asked if he know what RP is and he dont even know what RP is so, in my opinion he shouldn't be mod.

Server - What server was this on? Zarp 1 DarkRP

I have screenshots of him RDMing, he really doesn't understand how to RP because:
A) He tried to communicate with someone elsewhere not in PM - but brace yourself, LOCAL CHAT!
He thought he could kill someone as a hitman because a hitman had killed them for a bounty previously.
