Would you look at that.. a mod who doesn't know the rules and yet he applies for admin.

I have spoken to Blast and he did not know he was not allowed to print in the elevator bases. He now knows the rule so hopefully, this won't happen again. I'll keep an eye out so consider this report accepted.
