Additional details: Halber account is likely an alt account due to its only game being gmod and only having 12 hours. Halber continuously used racial slur, even when asked not to and when warned. Video was recorded by Tanno.
Halber broke rule 1.5 Client Side Modification (hacking)
Halber was accused of aimbotting by players, halber 180 turned and killed tanno in one shot,
tanno then spectated halber to get video footage.
