Regarding the RDM, you destroyed Banana Boy's printers and killed him. Penny and Banana are friends in role-play and thus he killed you as you attacked his friend and his raidable entities.

As for the disrespect, you have the chat and can scroll up and see that he was talking to Banana Boy (Eggsy) and they were messing about with each other. Banana is cool with it but I will ask Penny to keep it out of public chat.
