So after seeing "korri" that is infact ven0m change his name today after my report was posted yesteday.

His name being "ven0m" at the same date as my scam report -

Reason - Scamming 250m in a coinflip
Story - After cfing for a while, he deciding to go 250m vs 250m, after him moaning about me winning "cheating" he left the server with his final loss. Without giving the money.
