Name - What is the accused person's name? : Guy Dangerous

Reason - What rules did the person break? : Random kicking a MOD.
Story - What happened? : I was basing with my 2 friends Jonaz and Swampert. Then I saw spotted this THIEF outside my house, he was on my property, and I feared a raid. So I shot him once in the leg, ONLY ONCE! Then he kicked me for RDM.

That's attempted RDM. You can't shoot you until he is inside your building.
It wasn't random.

How is it ATTEMPTED? When I shot him ONCE only, and you still cant kick mods, contact admin, make ban request do whatever. Dont kick other mods.

It was attempted rdm - as no "K.O.S" sign was provided near the property, but the mod was wrong to kick so I'm going Neutral

As you stated, he was outside your house. How the hell is that inside your property? People can stand in your "garden", the area around your house. But if they come in, then you can do what you want. But shooting someone in the leg for being near the base is a totally random reason to shoot someone.

Outside* your property. You can only shoot them outside if there's a KOS line, but as soon as they step inside, you can go all loose, no matter what.

It's true that he can not kick other mods. Anyhow. If you randomly shot him due to "suspected raid" Will give this guy a warning. But as for you Jabbe. Do not shoot people randomly because you "suspect a raid" when they are just outside.
