Name - What is the accused person's name? : Will Jr
STEAM-ID - What is the accused person's STEAM-ID? : He left, sorry.
Reason - What rules did the person break? : Spawn prop so I couldnt move, in order to kill me.
Story - What happened? : I was raiding this guy, suddently his friend shows up and spawns a prop so I was stuck for around 10sec, then he bought a deagle. And shot me.

Add : He did this on purpose, he told me he didnt do it on purpose. Even tho I was stucked for over 10sec and he bought a deagle in those 10sec, and killed me

I have been having trouble with this guy, alot of people complaining about him breaking rules and i also caught him in act.

Jabbe, not to be offensive or something, but you are a Mod, if someone do something like that you freeze him, tp to him, and talks that he can't do like that, and give him a warning, and say that he must go beacouse its MG, do your job right, don't pu just tons of ban request on peapol..
