What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
He started rdming random people (including me), rdm'd at spawn with a guy, mass nlr. Instead of him taking control of the situation, he's been breaking many rules which new people would think it's allowed. When they do the same, Jake would probably have banned them for the same things they did.

The staff team needs to take care of this, I see this daily and it needs to stop.

All I know about this situation is that Jake and Spunk where just having a fun little killing spree on each other for fun, but if he killed you via crossfire, thats on him 100%

This is unacceptable in my opinion. Yes i know they're messing around and that's fine once maybe twice, but to constantly be killing each other in spawn over and over and especially as a staff member is not okay. Any user who spawns in or is walking by and see's an administrator constantly killing someone is going to think oh this staff member is doing it so its okay for everyone else to do it. It just looks like mass rdm and nlr to any passerby and makes the staff team look bad along with creating chaos. Like i said messing around is fine. But it is not acceptable in front of users and definitely not over and over for minutes and minutes. You are a staff member and users look to you to lead by example. You are making the staff team and the server you represent look bad.

I really dislike it when friends have RDM fests in spawn. If others don't know they are friends and having fun then it just promotes others to RDM. However this isn't demote worthy, just a talking to. I doubt he would do it again if someone brought this to his attention

This is clearly unacceptable. I will speak with jake to clear things up for rdming you, I don’t think he meant it though. I will remind him that if he wants to have some fun with his friends he can take them to the admin arena. Thanks for your report!
