What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Posted on an alternate account on the forums, promoted it, and openly stated that it wasn't against the rules.

What server(s) was this on?: Forums

Evidence: NOTE, THIS IS NOT A DEMOTE REQUEST.

The staff member posted a giveaway on an alternate account, was told it was against the rules, and still has yet to acknowledge it's wrong and hasn't removed the post.

Admittance to this being his alternate account

Told By Xnator and I it wasn't permitted

Continues to joke about it

As I said this is not a demote request, simply I would like Ace to be spoken to by a higher up and make sure he acknowledges the fact it's not allowed to post on an alternate account.
