Og i am pretty sure this will be denied because of the evidence but you should start recording or taking screen shots of the console to get more chat into each screenshot and have more evidence. Since you showed no proof that he did log off and not give you anything maybe a higher up lead team member could investigate this but I do not know all of their powers or their availability. Like Chespin said you need to find some proof that shows him leaving without giving you the money, as of right now you only show proof of his identification and him saying he will give you 30m. There is no actually evidence showing him leaving without giving money(scam).
