Nowhere in your rules says "roll if you agree", yet you did say "say i agree", which he did not say, so by your rules, saying "say i agree" he say "I agree"

the question is does his saying "Do i agree? hm. um. yolo." mean that he agrees? to me it sounds like he is saying he agrees without saying i agree because yolo means You Only Live Once and people say that when they are doing something crazy, i am neutral right now though because of evidence.
