Scammed for 30m, i don't have video evidence so if a cm+ can look into logs please

What rules did the person break?
Scamming

What happened?
He adverted coinflipping 30m, he agreed to coinflip 30m in voice i put in my rules where it says if you roll you agree, he rolled i won the flips and he left and didnt give me myy money

Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened

I found the guy ingame today attempting to scam someone else,
He then said this to me,

This giving me proof of him scamming me for 30m if you link it with the logs,
