Story -
1. I asked if Jerry wanted to do 6 Gluons vs his 100m he agree'd
2. He then posted rules and I said that I wanted to do "lowest wins" He agree'd
3. he then says to go and I roll - I get 291
4. He then attempts to deceive/exploit me with a fake roll of 251
5. He then attempts to spam chat so I would not notice the difference between a real role and a fake one - Send me trade offer to get me to give him the items
6. He then does a real roll and get 513 -- as the bet is bo1 I have now won the bet
7. He then try's to say he doesn't agree to my rules and does not give me the 100m that is owed

Proof -

First of all i would like to point out that you spelled my name wrong. Second off i would like to state that i never agreed. This is what the rules state "It is not considered a scam unless money or items are lost or received. Except in the case of agreed upon coinflips or dice rolls." I said "by roll YOU agree" i never agreed to your rules, i spammmed the rules i wanted to do. No items were lost, this is not a scam

Why do you even bother gambling? This rule implementation has caused more arguments than it has fixed...

If I did not change the rule's (Which I quite clearly did) then why would you attempt to fake roll a lower amount?

This is clearly a scam. Aside from the fact that Jerry blatantly lied to trick Former Shadow into winning (at that point I'd just force him to pay me the money as he can fuck off) he also blatantly changed the rules (firstly blatantly "rolling" and yet still claiming his price) he also put the new rules in chat, to which he himself automatically agreed.

You cannot disagree to your own rules. Whoever the fuck claims that they can are most definitely delusional.

If Jerry is online right now I'll force him to repay - if not, I'll ban him until he's willing to pay the 100 million.
