Due to the video being unavailable I will only be able to punish Lord Doctor. I will be banning him due to me already starting to punish him and then he chose to continue being severely racist. If you can send me the video that works then I will review it and punish Manhattan appropriately aswell. This has been Thanks for making this report and keeping the server cleaner of rule breakers.
