Not to be that guy but u have been demoted 3 times and u only now start to do your staff duties when u are no longer staff.... Yes he was racist and it's not acceptable but for the point about u being staff maybe stop trying so hard as it's truthfully unlikely to get a 4th chance.

A warn is necessary for this or even simply a verbal since it appeared he was a new player and maybe next time simply contact an admin or any kind of staff and it can simply be solved

I doubt reporting people this much on the forums will get you staff, especially after 3 demotions of staff it'll be unlikely for you to get a 4th chance. I don't think I need to bring up what you've done to go against the rules but I'm sure you're aware of it. And if anything you should contact a moderator or admin before you do stuff like this because it can be easily resolved by one of them. I don't think a ban is necessary for this at all, especially because he's new and that. (From what I've gathered anyway).
