I broke NLR a few times, sure, feel free to punish me, I accept all responsibility for my actions and I do apologise sincerely, however it was mainly a reaction because I was pissed. also considering he just got off a CM ban I don't think he should be given many chances for this shit to happen

he rdmed me whenever i spawned/pulled out a gun, HE CLEARLY SPAWNKILLED ME MULTIPLE TIMES AND BROKE NLR

I still don't believe this is the full video since you have nlr at the start of the video which gives me reason to believe something happened before hand.

You say you got punished and he didn't. Have you ever thought that he would have been verbally warned due to his attitude compared to yours.

If you wish to report rule breakers i suggest using the f1 button and simply waiting rather than rule breaking and encouraging others to do the same.

If you aren't happy with the outcome you can always make another report but rather than copying and pasting please add some changes.
