I have taken an in-depth look at the proof provided and decided that the user will be banned. He has two recent punishments and has broken plenty of rules in the video, including breaking raid timer as well as RDM and attempted entity bombing.

He will be banned for four days for these rulebreaks, taking into account that he has been punished for breaking rules before.
