Reason - Scamming with CF then left to avoid Punishment/paying His Steam name kinda shows his intentions

Story -
-- The guy offered to bet earlier and I said I wouldn't do it unless he showed me the money, He then left. --

2nd time round he was happy to show me the money before and so he showed me and we done a first to 3 with CF, He flipped I picked the number -- I then win bet and he leaves the game
The bet was for -- 10 million -- (As advertised in chat and in bank withdraw)

Clear proof of scamming. Logging onto s1 right now to try to see if he will give the money back, if not he will be banned.
