What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He disrespected me and also did not do his job players were shouting racist words and he gagged me for no reason when i told him to mute/gag them. He disrespected me by calling me a mouthy little shit.

This is false. He was being constantly disrespectful, calling me and other players various names. All because I warned him for rdm and lying in a report. You can ask the other people who are on the server at the moment. As he is staff on another server he should know better than to behave in the way he has. First of all you cannot base your defence on witnesses also the only evidence if you disrespecting.

Jake was caught lying in a report and he got slain and warned for it, he then minged at the mod saying she's not doing her job and calling her a "cunt" so galli gagged him so he started cursing at galli in chat so galli mutes him for 1 round, when galli ungaged jake he starts being disrespectful instantly calling galli a kid and telling her to "do your fucking job properly" this went back and forth for about an hour galli ungags/un mutes him and he starts being disrespectful again. Eventually Galli kicked Jake for constant disrespect and he came back and started being disrespectful.

The fact you are not trying to appeal the punishments seems evidential enough to me, but if you really want logs can be checked.

Hello Jake Vegas, thank you for making the report, however

After speaking to Gallifreya she has stated that your attitude was far worse on voice and on text chat. With the evidence supplied I can evidently see you have been abusive towards her, I think you should watch what you say considering you are a ZARP Staff member yourself (for SSRP). I count you incredibly lucky that I'm not going to come on and ban you for your abusive language towards her and what you said on voice chat (no evidence but will have to take her word for it). She however has been spoken to about her attitude - nothing more.
