I don't gamble much so I'm not sure what the roll abuse is supposed to be. A single roll saying ez nuke is supposed to be punishable? Also, it seems they were defending a nuke and you were in the area as a class that has the potential to counter. I'm not going to rush to judgement and immediately deny it as maybe there is more to it, yet I do not have the time to look further at the moment.

Oh and in the video, shae also said that this guy RDM'd pear so atleast shae knew (or atleast thought) that when bobby killed me it has to be RDM too

I see now what it is doing. It is putting the message in OOC, I feel dumb lol. Unless people spam it, I really don't understand why it needs to be punished. You seem to have been punished because you decided to go against the staff members advice to you. While I do not think a punishment is necessary, you ignored a staff members request which lead to a mute being placed.

I'll check out the video when I wake up. If another LT handles this before me I'll get back to you over steam about all of this.

TBH, i don't get why nuking in the mutant spawn is allowed.

Seeing as a user is not allowed to kill mutants when they are in their spawn point, and to defeat the nuke you have to go through their spawn, potentially killing mutants in crossfire.

With that method for nuking, i just see a way to get others in trouble making the nuke easier.
