Reason - Interrupting RP as admin on duty, insults, throwing me through the air

Story - Hewbiee was admin on duty and approached me while carrying another player that had no need to be carried. Having seen him do this before, I asked him to stop as it breaks RP immersion. Hewbiee defends himself by saying that he was "on duty", and I respond by saying that is no excuse to randomly move players around. Another admin, Archangel, agrees with me.

I cannot remember what I said after that, but Hewbiee says what I say is the "stupidest thing" he's ever heard, while Archangel is again agreeing with me. He puts words into my mouth, claiming I had said that he could not converse with other players while on duty. He then laughs at what I say, and flies off saying "we're done".

The next time he interacts with me, he picks me up, calls me a "dumbass", says he's done with "this fucking Zarp shit" and throws me across the map.

Apologies for the player list over the footage, the demo bugged quite badly. In addition, the player he is carrying at the start only showed up as an outline in the demo.

The whole flying around thing was like "okay", but the end Hewbs... You done goofed.

I don't think you needed to bother with this Floop, Hewbiee is under a lot of stress due to some of the players on the server. Just today he was saying that their isn't a lot of hope for the server because of the horrible attitude and

thank you and to be honest ive never once done anything out of line to hinder my position the only reason i did that was because floop takes things far to seriously and i just wanted him to have a little fun but it seems as though my efforts were futil,i dont know floop your hardly on server 2 you don't know what we go through i mean seriously i have pulled all nighters on that server for the past week and it is hell your on somewhat during the day every other day so you can't begin to fathom a comparrison. but all in all im sorry if that makes you feel better i mean i threw you across the map i won't lie that and the evidence is pretty concrete but what you lost like 10 hp at best and still have the abillity to tp back i mean a huge thing over nothing and i don't hate you most admins i see do alot of this to joke around i mean come on but if you want me demoted for sheer devotion and the time and energy i put in that server go ahead but at least ill get demoted knowing i did something that at least matterd.

Oh and that insult on ZARP was to see what he would do it wasn't an actuall insult as far as my intention for saying

I do not like how he admins, Have footage (but due to noclip, demo was fecked) of him admitting giving a CS shotgun that can blow down the RP house doors to a normal everyday player, His reason was the player lost his guns and he wanted to repay him.

and im sure if you got most of the people on that server to vouche for me they would not in defense with the event that occured today but my overall performance on duty or otherwise i find this argument highly invalid and that really the only people that possibly know how hard i work is [ZARP]Shell ,[ZARP]Fuzzy Force,Crack,Agent Lulz,Zart and of course pretty much the whole of server 2 oh and [ZARP]Sarah

nincro your constantly causing trouble on the server of course you would support this.

In this case I'm neutral. I watched Hewbiee doing a lot of good things for the server, he is nearly everytime there when you need him, a demote or a ban would be to much punishment for this, you should give him a warning, before harder ways of punishment.
Yes, he maybe did it without the permission to do it, but he's new so relax with him he haves to learn a lot of stuff (I know he will do it fast). He should stay Admin and should know the rules, he can and will do his job good I do trust him.
