TOPIC: Jabbe Teamspeak Ban Request and TOU Break

Time and date (CET) - (When did it happend?) August 5th 2016 (Teamspeak rulebreak), The video was uploaded October 8th 2017 (TOU Break)
Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) In my opinion this is just abusive, malicious and harassment.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Teamspeak 4 - Recording: You cannot record users of this TeamSpeak server under any circumstance without their permission. TOU zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/terms
No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, discussion about users who have a terms of service violation ban, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
This was all created towards another member of the ZARP Community and is clearly slanderous and breaking multiple things within the TOU
Paramontana said he will Permanently ban him if he uploads this video again. According to FLeX this video was uploaded a while ago and Paramontana told Jabbe off about it, he is now re uploading it.

Story - (What happened?)
This situation happened a while ago when FLeX was banned for cheating then unbanned. He raided a A-TEAM Base on S3 and they called him out for cheating. Brandify Tyler and Paramontana handled the Situation. The point is that Jabbe recorded it (Teamspeak rulebreak) and he broke TOU by uploading the Video about another ZARP Community member which is clearly Slanderous, Abusive and Harassment.

Honestly, I've seen Jabbe and Heard Jabbe do some dick moves but this is just out of control. It's one thing to constantly bash players in game but this is crossing the line.

What Jabbe is doing is not right and it should be handled. This all happened 14 months ago and it was when I raided A-Team then they accused me of hacking. Paramontana brought me and banned me without valid proof but later on unbanned after speaking to me. I was told to go on Teamspeak so I did and they brought us all to the same channel and we all spoke there. I was sad about the situation because I was new to ZARP and actually liked the server but I kept being harassed. This video from Jabbe is clear harassment because I never gave him permission to record me so please someone handle this because he’s trying to make me look bad.

Originally uploaded 14 months ago and he decides to bring it up and continue doing it and making fun of flex showing over the course of 14 months knowing his actions were wrong he still has not decided to change them
