What I told you was that I didn't think a 5 week ban was necessary for something that should of been a warn. I had to idea about your previous punishments. The ban sounds valid, if you want to appeal the ban you can do so by making a post in the Appeals section using the following template.

Name - What is your in-game name?
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID?
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be?
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
Server - What server did you get banned from?
Time - How long were you banned for?
Story - What happend?
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
