Other comments - there is nothing else what i want to say
Reason - Prop Push
Story - i was trying to steal a car and he came and just prop pushed the car everytime i tried to steal the car again (it was not his car)

You need to get his SteamID from within the game - either from the tab menu or by typing "status" in console.
