Hey CoachNutty, that clip unfortunately does not state the job of Watica, would you perhaps have a different clip that perhaps shows his job or the actual raid?

After reviewing additional evidence submitted by Turtlx, I can see that Watica DID infact raid as a miner which would indeed be RDM in a suit x2 (EVO & Printer) & a gluon gun.
I will contact Watica and attempt to get a refund, but if not he will be banned for said offense.
