Issue/Bug:Halloween taunt don't wanna play

Date/Time:right now

Brief description of the issue/bug:when i was switching taunts to the Halloween one it didn't want to play so opened console and was greeted with lua error

Lua errors:
[ERROR] addons/pointshop plus/lua/cl_pointshopplus.lua:540: attempt to call method 'SetIcons' (a nil value)
1. UpdatePSPlusItem - addons/pointshop plus/lua/cl_pointshopplus.lua:540
2. UpdatePSPlusItemsLayout - addons/pointshop plus/lua/cl_pointshopplus.lua:534
3. func - addons/pointshop plus/lua/cl_pointshop.lua:79
4. unknown - lua/includes/extensions/net.lua:32

Forgot to mention but the bug is fixed once again due to certain server issues

Map: deathrun_parking_garage
Bug: the cars fly, and so do the laptops, computers etc. in the room near the start zone

Map: dr_minecraft_fixed
Bug: the sand immediately drops from the sky when the round starts and flies around. It is a problem because it keeps moving and doesn't disappear until a few minutes later.

Map: deathrun_atomic_warfare
Bug: the explosive barrels trap is 'jumping' up and down. When you activate the trap, it performs fine though.
