Hi bhavyashah,
Your friend can still gift you the VIP upgrade even if they already have purchased VIP on their own account. To do this tell them to log-in to the site and then go to your profile page zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/30773-bhavyashah and press the "Gift ZARP VIP" button. They can then follow the instructions on screen to checkout and purchase the upgrade.
If you are wanting your friend to transfer their own upgrade to you this is not possible to do.
