TOPIC: Steam Profile Design

Anyone know how to do that shit where you can use the custom gif as artwork and make the whole profile look like an image.

Anyways if you know how to do it then let me know if you don't and think you can do it don't bother because we will just waste yours and my time and yeah thats not worth it fam.

I can get the image made in to a gif blah blah blah but when I upload it to steam it kinda crops the image making it half the size of what its suppose to be.
