At this moment in time the pointshop servers are having a little error in the economy and i doubt anyone will sell IP for points as if you go on TTT you can make around 500k points in about 30 minutes and that would be well over what VIP is worth. The way money and points work is. There is no way to convert them only to buy points with SSRP cash which again no one would do with the current state of the TTT server. If people sell VIP the most of the time sell it for around 100mil + which would probs be somewhere around 150 - 200k points + not too sure on that though. I doubt you will find yourself a seller as people can easily obtain the points they need by themselves. If you want VIP you better start saving on SSRP.
