TOPIC: weird lighiting glitch

so a couple days ago i was playing on s1 and suddenly the whole map goes realy dark for a second then really light then dark again it just spazs out when i join , ive reinstalled gmod and my css but nothing workd
does anyone know how to fix this ?

I think its a problem with some addon because it used to happen to me but fixed itself after some time
