Just to clear some things out, Half of the staff like doesnt deserve their ranks those people were friends with nearly all other staff members. Thats how they got their ranks.

After that simply join TS and kiss the lead team members arse so they will get so happy that a girl is kissing their arse but if you're a tryhard then you can get a voice changer or if you have the talent to make your voice feminine so you can make them horny and you will be promoted instantly from mod to SA then higher (no need to even be admin because you're a female) and just in a case where lead team gets so horny to ask you if you have a photo of you then np go to instagram and take any pretty girl you like upload it on a shitty photo site and send it to them, don't forget also the you will be rich on SSRP servers you will get few billions by your friendly lead team member (you know who it is).


Now you can be staff easily and no need to do f1's at all but if you're so kind and consider yourself helpful do 1-2 f1's per hour or day if you're having a bad mood
