Just to clear some things out, Half of the staff like doesnt deserve their ranks those people were friends with nearly all other staff members. Thats how they got their ranks.

But i %100 agree on " you wasted our time voting on it and accepting you" part.

Here's a trick on how to get staff and to get promoted in no time with doing only few f1's (there's 2 ways):

-The First Way: sign up on zarp forums and name your account any name and put any avatar photo you like, now this way will take abit longer than the second way because you're signing up as a MALE, Now after you finished creating your account open few profiles of the high ranked staff members (SA and above) and look at their latest posts and look for the threads they made and go agree with everything they say/suggest/decide anything they say you must agree with it BUT you can also go to any thread they commented their own opinion/decision..etc..etc and insta agree with them

After that you go on steam/TS and be massively friendly towards them and buy them few expensive steam games that will make them so happy that they will most likely make a thank you thread about you for buying the game/s and the most important thing is: to kiss their arse everyday on steam and server and TS then you will get admin and SA and above in a short time.

The Second Way: Simply it's the same as the first way BUT you're signing up this time as a FEMALE, now as all of you know what happens when a female joins the community especially if she's adult and not a loli because if she's a little loli the only thing she can get is Admin and the wild swagging kids will starts following her on zarp servers but we're talking here about promotions higher than admin so when you make the female account it is recommended to make it 18 or more so the 2 kinds (kids and the elders will be attracted to her) and don't worry even though the majority here aren't +18 they will still be attracted to her

After that simply join TS and kiss the lead team members arse so they will get so happy that a girl is kissing their arse but if you're a tryhard then you can get a voice changer or if you have the talent to make your voice feminine so you can make them horny and you will be promoted instantly from mod to SA then higher (no need to even be admin because you're a female) and just in a case where lead team gets so horny to ask you if you have a photo of you then np go to instagram and take any pretty girl you like upload it on a shitty photo site and send it to them, don't forget also the you will be rich on SSRP servers you will get few billions by your friendly lead team member (you know who it is).

Now you can be staff easily and no need to do f1's at all but if you're so kind and consider yourself helpful do 1-2 f1's per hour or day if you're having a bad mood
