Short and sweet of it is, Anna had quite a following of people who really enjoyed the work she did as a staff member on SSRP (and perhaps a few detractors, but that comes with the territory). So, how would people feel about her taking on staff on SSRP once again - respecting the fact that she'd have to start from admin (if given permission to start from there)?

She did ask that I make the poll as she would like to see what people think.

She still is staff, just not on SSRP. The decision of whether or not for Anna/Akemi to return to staffing is up to her, and a Head Admin+ can decide to give her permission to go for Admin or not. I'm sure if she came back and showed herself to be active again, she could work her way back up pretty quickly, but for now it is up to her.
