Which basically means you can't walk out the way you came in, it traps you and you're forced to go through the whole dupe to get out again.

Says in the rules you only need 1 entrance to get in (not in bank) and fake entrances are not allowed ;), so yee

You can but you will need another exit

As R-Flex said, as long as a base has at least 1 way in and at least 1 way out, it is perfectly fine.
