Let me explain it shortly, it's basically red ice that turns all water it touches into red ice... instantly, which means that if it touches a human, they die very fast, and if they were to touch the ocean, instantly the ocean would turn into red ice and it would kill everything that was in the water or close to it. There's some more important stuff about it, but I just explained the important stuff about it.
