It was locked, not removed, as Chute clearly wanted the issue to be over and dealt with by locking the appeal. As that post was unlocked I'd appreciate it if you'd keep the matter confined to that post (until it will eventually be locked again).

EDIT: If it was removed then I have no idea which post you're talking about.
