I'd like to discontinue any hosility I have towards others from now others, but doing so will be difficult without the same cooperation from others. All I'm asking of you guys is to not be hostile towards me, and I can gladly fix the issues you see in my attitude.

I don't enjoy being hostile towards others, but I have an issue where I feel like I have to respond with a counterattack to anything I perceive as a personal attack, and sometimes my perception of a personal attack can become skewed within a fog of emotion and anger.

The best way to aproach these situations is to discuss it with the people that annoy you in a calm and mature manner, else you won't get anywhere. This goes to all parties involved, by the way. Known Sorle for quite some time, I understand the anger and shit but if you guys actually get to know Sorle he's actually a really nice guy believe it or not, just heated by this entire lead team situation so don't hold this upon him, it's an issue he can't really help so at least be understandable with him.
