that's kinda harsh but in my most animated opinon id have to say neigh it is not i think there are equal if not better animes out there but i do gotta say its susspensful ill give it that and quite mysterious but not the best i personally like Chobits i thought that was awsome it had action,Romance,Boobies ;D ,and lots of laughs so thats mine. I'm mostly thinking of the first season (with L) the second is not that good.
