After all hours i've played on ZARP, is this my first issue:

I mean NLR in spawn is non-sense in my opinion, because if you got killed in spawn district you spawn again there and broke immediately NLR. A friend of me got even warned for that because he got killed and went AFK right after the respawn.

I hope that you care about that :cheer:

it won't be removed because you can die in RP in the spawn district

Probably a better idea to have them spawn somewhere else. Maybe that little alley next to the drug dealer?

Well, maybe add it too where when you spawn in and don't move you don't have ACTIVE nlr in spawn district.
Could be abused.
