TOPIC: Staffing

A lot of you know that this community has a lot of abuse and staff members who shouldn't be where they are and its not everyone there are good staff members but there are too many bad apples in the bunch. My goal is to change that. Finish reading before you jump to conclusions

I know a lot of you lost respect for me since my Super Admin days and i understand that but i don't blame you, Ive done a lot for this community good and bad and i ruined my reputation I went from being one of the most respected members to being a rule breaking asswipe and focused on money and skill mainly trying to be one of the best, ive already achieved that and it's not worth ruining your reputation. I know a lot of you have heard it before "i changed" "im not like that anymore" and honestly i don't blame you for not believing me this time i understand. I know a lot of you know who i am its obvious im well known around the community but that's the problem, I've not only been known for being a good staff and member of the community but I've also been known for being a rulebreaker and I want to change that too. I made a lot of positive influences and progression in the community but also bad aswell.

What im saying is that i realized what ive been up too for the past year or two hasnt been showing the "Old Gmod" and what im doing is showing everyone that's what I'm trying to be. I've matured up and actually have made real life changes, got a job, got a bank account, Graduating next year, taken responsibility, starting my Career life, realized what kind if person i should be instead of being that cocky kid who does what he wants and expects no consequences. Ive been back and forthm, i was a community members back then and that's what im going to be now, once i get my activity up im going to apply for staff and try to make changes not only to myself but the community. And honestly i want to hear your opinions good or bad i know a lot of you are just going to say im gonna do what everyone else does and say they changed but really hasn't, go ahead and say it but I'll prove you wrong.
Also i know the whole "actions over words" Ive been around longer than most of you, a lot of you probably don't know who or what the old Gmod is but im here to show you
