Suggestion Title: 64 Tickrate for Server 2

How would it benefit the server: It would make server two more playable to ensure you don't lose important stuff due to unfair server performance.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Not really, it would be nice to have a server with 64 tickrate and the S2 seems to be rather stable.

S2 is much more playable, I don't get why it's quite underrated.

S2 is actually pretty fun, 64 tick would make it good enough to take competetive once again
