Hi Hamzah,
Try these steps, it worked for another player earlier so it should fix your issue:
1) Un-subscribe from the SSRP content pack (steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=652459719) and close Garry's Mod
2) Open /garrysmod/addons/ - find and DELETE the SSRP content pack file
3) Re-subscribe to the SSRP content pack (steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=652459719)
4) Re-open Garry's Mod and rejoin the SSRP server
