How does this review work?
Well that is as an question I am going to answer so I will be watching ingame how staff members treat and handle their jobs and I will basically write all the good job they have been doing on here pretty much review my opinion how they are

How does this help?
This will not only help me as this will help another staff members and users on maybe how to improve and how to change what an user can do so he can get staff posistion in the future by reading how the staff members work.

I believe that last review I did helped a lot of people with their staff ranks and I think it helped the lead team and the staff team promoting other staff members.

[Admin] To be continued : Well I encountered you before today and you were telling me about my printers begin over two story high and you asked me in an friendly manner to remove them off and explained good what rule and how I was breaking it to me and that is something I don't see a lot of staff members do but it's good that you are one of them and I respect that another thing you have a lot of experience from staffing since you have been an long time in the community and you have been staff member often before and that is something that brings you on this detailed reveiw I have only one more thing to say keep up the good work and you should be good!


[Admin]Aqua:I played with you yesterday and spoke to you on teamspeak from my experience you are an friendly and good at handling reports and rulebreaks and that is why I am adding you onto the detailed reveiws, Just hearing you handle reports last night you remained calm and didn't get triggered handled it like an professional and I hope I will be seeing more of that good work you did yesterday and it was on server two aswell a lot of staff members don't do shit when they see rulebreaks on server two but you did! keep the good work!


[Admin]JoeyRecon: Well I made an f1 yesterday and I have been speaking to you on snapchat and you are an nice friendly person I made an f1 on server two last night and you were the only one who responded and helped me out fast and nice job done there I feel like we need more staff members like you on server two because there are awful a lot of rulebreaks when there is no staff members on there and I feel like you can do an great job on server two and thanks once again for the help! keep up the good work!

Looks Good! Now all we need is some names for the list! From personal experience of re applying for mod and starting my first week back in the position, I can safely say that pretty much all staff I have come across have helped me or supported me with my (Semi - New) Role.
Lot's of good staff members that will be worth a spot on that list!
