We need more info on what the Engine Error is. SteamUser? SteamCache? Repair?

I can't read what the error sign says, it's to blurry

I suggest what aspect told you. If that doesn't work then contract or goto youtube tutorials and try to contract the video maker so he can explain in even more details.
