TOPIC: Got denied for "Bad attitude"

Im starting to give up. It seems like no matter what I do I can't fix everything they want me to. Dozens of people want me as an admin, but I suppose it's not enough. Starting to lose hope. Done over 600 f1s and worked for multiple weeks trying to improve as much as I can and I get denied for attitude even though I'm as nice as possible to everyone I meet. I'm just starting to feel like I'm not wanted.

Ask people in that meeting what they voted and why. Especially Lead Team - they're usually actively talking and involved and should know why they decided to vote either yes or no.

Then you know how you can improve in the eyes of the higher-ups, too - rather than quitting now and giving up everything you've worked towards.

I don't see why you're rushing things I know you're eager and I do understand it can be tough as Moderator but I didn't rush it I had no intent of applying for Admin asap even if my F1 count was rather high I waited a month before applying as I felt ready.

Take into consideration what has been said and think about deep down, there is no harming in spending time learning about yourself.

Personally, I've seen the improvement between last week and now but then again I was only a moderator before this meeting. I still think you'd do a good job with it but I'd want you to apply next week because I believe you'd get it.
