My Garry's Mod randomly uninstalled...
Does anyone know why this randomly happened? (no shitposts because I need actual responses other than "hehe xd")

I think this happened to me over 1 month ago. I don't remember what I did, I think I looked something up and did stuff to my Garry's Mod files. Have you tried installing it again? Or uninstalling addons?

im reinstalling it rn. i do have like 400 addons so, probs uninstall that. thanks for answering with a actual answer.

This happened to me 2 years ago. It hasn't really uninstalled just press install and steam will detect that it has already existing files and you can open it again.

The folders are there its just a steam data error

No actually, I'm having to reinstall the whole thing, im at 979mb/2.2gb. I've been downloading it for about 40mins so, its not that. Thanks for the response tho!

One time malwarebytes deleted my gmod, it identified hl2.exe as a virus. (IT DIDNT UNINSTALL IT) Then my textures were fucked up. I could only see peoples heads. floor was purple no bodys. Half of the props were invisible and i had to reinstall.
