"a place that you can't be seen or is not visited by many people" The PD is visited a lot, and where I got mugged can easily be seen from many places as it was next to the road, and a small distance from spawn. How on earth can you deny it when the rule clearly says "or is not visited by many people"? Are you trying to say PD isnt visited by people? The rules was always used in this way i explained above Xeronise. As Roy said you can do it anywhere if there are not many people around the area you got mugged in.

There is a semi colon in that sentence btw

The way I read it without the semi colon.

Well why not follow the rules that are actually written down?
Because people will get warned for not knowing these made up rules.
